I do not provide 'free roadmaps' or proposals for others to execute. If we are aligned, I send a formal Agreement & Invoice outlining the Scope of Work (SOW). We move straight from conversation to contract.

Upon signing, we formally begin Step 1: Audit & Qualification. I perform a forensic analysis of your offer/products, historical data, and team workflows. Then we move to Step 2: Architecture & Build. Typically, the new system is live within 7-10.

I operate on strategic sprints ranging from 90 to 120 days. The duration is determined by the scope. Specifically, whether we're focused on Revenue Architecture & CRO, or if I am assisting with internal hiring and team coaching.
