1. Use and Consent
By using this Site or purchasing any service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ekai Stone.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Our Content & Frameworks
All content on this Site, including but not limited to the "Revenue Architecture" methodology, "The ROAS Firm" branding, text, graphics, logos, and proprietary system frameworks, is the intellectual property of Ekai Stone and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
2.2 Client Ownership
Upon full payment for services, you (the Client) own the specific deliverables created for your business (e.g., the specific ad copy, the creative assets, and the data inside your CRM).
2.3 No Transfer of Methodology
While you own the deliverables, you do not own the underlying proprietary methods, SOPs, or "source code" of our operational frameworks. You receive a limited license to use these systems for your own business, but you may not repackage, resell, or teach our methodologies to third parties as your own product.
3. Service Scope & "Anti-Agency" Model
3.1 Capacity Limits
We operate on a capped-capacity model (limited to ~13 active partners). Engagement is subject to availability and qualification via our Audit process.
3.2 Third-Party Platforms (Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, etc.)
We build and manage infrastructure on third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, GoHighLevel, etc.). We have no control over these platforms.
- Liability
- We are not liable for ad account bans, restricted pages, algorithm changes, or downtime caused by these third-party platforms.
- Compliance
- While we employ best practices for compliance, the ultimate risk of advertising on these platforms resides with you, the business owner.
4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
4.1 Payment
All fees for Audits, Setup, and Monthly Retainers are due as per the Service Agreement signed at the start of our partnership. Failure to make payments may result in the immediate pause of services and the suspension of your ad campaigns.
4.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at ekaistone.com/refund-policy. In short: digital products, including order bumps and add-ons, are non-refundable once purchased, because access is instant. Built For You is refundable until you submit your intake. Both paid calls are non-refundable: the Discovery Call ($150, 30 minutes, only for builds over $4,000) is credited toward that build if you buy it within 14 days, and the Strategy Session ($500, 60 minutes) is credited toward the Seven Star Build within 14 days. Done For You work (the Seven Star Build, the Seven Star License and Done For You Management) is governed by your signed agreement. Licenses aren't refundable once access is granted.
- Retainers
- Monthly management fees are billed in advance and aren't refundable once the month has started. Cancel with 30 days written notice.
4.3 Calls with Ekai
Every call with Ekai is paid in advance, and buying one means you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy. Calls are non-refundable.
- Discovery Call
- $150, 30 minutes. Only for builds over $4,000 (the Seven Star Build, the Seven Star License, Done For You Management, telehealth builds and any other build over $4,000), including qualified Seven Star applicants. The full $150 is credited toward that build if you buy it within 14 days.
- Strategy Session
- $500, 60 minutes, for strategy or ascension advice at any level. The $500 is credited toward the Seven Star Build within 14 days.
- Product questions
- Go to support@ekaistone.com or the Get help button in your portal, and are answered in writing, never on a call.
- Rescheduling
- Once, with at least 24 hours notice. A missed call, or one cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, is used.
5. Disclaimers & Earnings
5.1 No Guarantees
Our services are designed to optimize revenue and scale operations. However, marketing involves financial risk. We do not guarantee specific ROI, ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), or profit margins. The results shown on this site (e.g., $400M+ generated) are from past performance and real clients, but they do not guarantee that you will achieve the same results. Your success depends on your offer, your sales team, market conditions, and your budget.
5.2 Operational Responsibility
You agree that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make regarding your business, budget, and ad spend.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Duplicate, share, or sell our proprietary materials (SOPs, training videos) to competitors or third parties.
- Use our Site or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Misrepresent your relationship with Ekai Stone to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekai Stone and Meta CMO, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use our services.
- Ad spend losses due to platform errors or performance fluctuations.
- Data breaches caused by third-party tools (CRMs, Ad Platforms).
8. Governing Law & Disputes
8.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Los Angeles, California.
8.2 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a class action lawsuit or a jury trial.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will indicate when changes were last made. Your continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
