Is ARIA just a chatbot?
No. A chatbot follows buttons. ARIA holds a real conversation: it remembers what people said, asks good questions, handles objections and decides where each person should go next.
Will people know it's AI?
If they ask, it tells them, every time. Then it offers them you or your team. Most people care more that they got a real answer fast.
Is this allowed on Instagram?
It runs through tools that connect to Instagram's official messaging API, and it only replies to people who comment or message you first. No mass cold DMs, ever.
Do I need ManyChat or GoHighLevel?
For Starter and Pro, yes, one of them. The setup steps cover both. For Done For You, I set up what your build needs, and the software stays in your name.
What's the difference between Pro and Done For You?
Pro gives you everything I'd use, with a step by step installer, and you build it. Done For You is me building ARIA on your account: the brain, the keywords, the routing, the alerts and the testing.
Does it work on Facebook too?
Starter and Pro setups cover Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs. Done For You is built on Instagram, and Facebook Messenger is an add on.
What does it cost to run?
Your software (ManyChat or GoHighLevel) and any AI usage fees stay on your own accounts. On Done For You, ARIA Care is $500 a month after your first 30 days.
How fast do I get it?
