1. The Short Version

- The One Day Funnel, The Seven Star Build, ARIA builds, audits, sprints and strategy sessions are refundable until work begins, and not after.
- Licenses and proprietary systems
- Not refundable once we grant access to any licensed material or system.
- Monthly management
- Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days written notice. A month that has started isn't refundable.
- Ad spend
- You pay ad platforms directly. We never hold your ad spend, so we can't refund it.
2. Digital Products
This covers The Launch Night Kit, The DM Closer Pack, every order bump (The Hook Vault, Signal Setup, The Keyword Post Pack and The 7 Day Follow Up), The Complete Add-On Bundle, the Strategic Action Plan, and any course, template or download we sell.
2.1 The 24 hour window
You can request a full refund within 24 hours of the time you paid. After 24 hours, digital product sales are final. You can refund an order bump or the bundle on its own inside the same 24 hours.
2.2 Why it's 24 hours
Digital products are delivered the moment you pay and can't be returned. Once you have the files, prompts, templates or portal access, you keep what you've seen. The 24 hours gives you time to make sure it's right for you.
2.3 Products that include a call
If a product includes a private call (for example, the Strategic Action Plan with a call), that purchase is final once the call has taken place, even inside the 24 hours.
2.4 After a refund
Access to the refunded product, and anything delivered with it, ends when the refund is issued.
3. Done For You Builds and Programs
This covers The One Day Funnel, The Seven Star Build, ARIA builds, The Audit Call, The Audit + Playbook, The Sprint, Strategy Sessions and any other service where we do the work for you.
3.1 Before work begins
If you change your mind before work begins, email us and we'll refund what you paid, minus any payment processing fees we can't recover.
3.2 When work begins
Work begins at the first of these moments:
- Your onboarding or kickoff call.
- You submit your intake, questionnaire or onboarding form.
- You give us access to any of your accounts (ad accounts, CRM, website, domain, payment or email tools).
- We start building, for example writing copy, designing pages, or setting up your funnel, CRM, tracking or AI agents.
We move fast, often the same day you sign, so work usually begins within one business day of payment.
3.3 Once work begins
Once work begins, the payment isn't refundable, in whole or in part. Our builds are custom labor and system setup. The time, our agents' output and the configuration can't be given back.
3.4 Calls
A strategy session or audit call can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours notice. Once the call has taken place, it's final.
4. Licenses, Proprietary Systems and AI Agents
This covers The Seven Star License and any build that includes our proprietary systems: our tracking and Conversions API setup, AI agents, automations, workflows, prompts, templates, code and frameworks.
Intellectual property can't be returned once you've seen or received it. A license fee isn't refundable once we grant access to any licensed material, system, account, repository or training, even if that happens before other work begins.
What you own and what you're licensed to use is set out in your signed agreement. Ending an engagement, a refund request or a dispute doesn't transfer ownership of our underlying systems to you.
5. Monthly Management and Subscriptions
This covers done for you management, ARIA monthly and any other plan billed every month.
- You're billed at the start of each monthly period, in advance.
- You can cancel at any time by emailing partners@ekaistone.com. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive your notice, and we'll confirm it in writing.
- If your signed agreement has a minimum term, the minimum term applies first.
- Monthly fees aren't refundable or prorated once a monthly period has started.
- Ad spend, software subscriptions and other third party costs are paid by you directly and aren't part of our fees.
6. Payment Plans
A payment plan is a way to pay the full price over time. It isn't a subscription you can stop.
- Choosing a plan means you owe the full price, on the schedule shown at checkout or in your agreement.
- This policy applies to the whole purchase, not to each payment.
- If a payment fails, we'll let you know. If it isn't resolved within 7 days, we can pause work and access until your account is current.
7. Results and Guarantees
Refunds aren't available because of ad performance, sales results, platform decisions or business outcomes. Results depend on your offer, market, budget, sales process and many things outside our control. See the Earnings Disclaimer in our Privacy Policy.
If an offer comes with a written guarantee, that guarantee's own terms decide what you're entitled to. A guarantee is honored as written, when its conditions are met.
8. How to Request a Refund
- Email partners@ekaistone.com from the email you paid with. Use the subject line Refund Request.
- Include the product name and your order number, or the date and amount of the charge.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before you contact your bank. Most issues are solved in one email.
If you file a chargeback for a purchase that isn't refundable under this policy, we'll respond to your bank with the record of your purchase, your agreement to this policy at checkout, your signed agreement where there is one, and the delivery and access records for what you bought. Access to products, the portal and services is paused while a dispute is open.
10. Signed Agreements, Your Rights and Changes
If you've signed a service agreement with us and it conflicts with this policy, the signed agreement controls.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law where you live that can't be waived. If you buy digital content from a country that gives you a right to cancel, you ask us to start delivery right away and you accept that the right to cancel ends once delivery starts, to the extent the law allows.
We may update this policy. The version in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
