Four pathways
Fix the first thing that's broken, not the most exciting thing.
Every business moves through the same four stages. Skipping a step usually costs more than it saves. Each pathway ends with clear signs you're ready for the next one.
Launch
You have know-how and an offer, but few buyers and no steady way to get them.
- Name the one person you sell to
- Add a small first yes
- Own your ad account and set up tracking
- Run your first paid campaign
- Give every ad its own way in
Learn
You're selling, but it's up and down and you do almost everything yourself.
- Know your numbers before you spend more
- Run ads by rules, not by feel
- Fix what happens after the click
- Sort your leads with a diagnostic (if it fits)
- Answer every DM and comment
- Make booked calls show up
- Build the low ticket system (if it fits)
- Find what's broken in your ad numbers (if it fits)
Systemize
You have real revenue, but it depends on you.
- Turn old leads into conversations
- Get yourself out of delivery
- Run your week around money first (if it fits)
- Make calls close the same way every week
- Scale ads with a team and rules (if it fits)
- Put your page in your buyer's order (if it fits)
Scale
You have a proven offer and want the whole system built and run with you.
- Apply for the Seven Star Build (by application, at $20,000 a month or more)
The free map
Where are you, and what should you fix first?
Written out for you
Your next 90 days, step by step.
The Operator Roadmap takes your map answers, plus your offer, your goal and the hours you have, and writes the plan. Everything it recommends comes from the same rules as the free map, so it never sends you somewhere the map wouldn't.
The Operator Roadmap
- Where you are: your pathway, why, and one thing you can do today
- Every step on your pathway, marked done or not yet, with what to use for each
- Your next 90 days in three blocks, sized to the hours you have
- Your first three products or free tools, and why each one fits now
- What to skip for now, and why later is better
- How you'll know you're ready for the next pathway
What you paid counts toward the next level for 14 days. For the roadmap, that's the first product on your roadmap that costs $37 or more.

Straight answers
Questions, answered.
Is the map really free?
Yes. Six questions, no email, and you see your pathway and your next three steps right away. The $27 roadmap writes it out as a full 90 day plan for your business.
What's the difference between the map and the roadmap?
The map shows you where you are and what to do next. The roadmap is a written plan: what to do each week for 90 days, the checkpoint that proves each step is done, what to skip and why, all in your own words and numbers.
Will you try to sell me everything?
No. The roadmap names three products or free tools at most, never more than the budget you give it, and it'll tell you when a free tool is enough.
What if a product it names isn't on sale yet?
It says so plainly and names the closest product that's on sale, or a free tool, until it opens.
Does the $27 count toward anything?
Yes. What you paid counts toward the next level for 14 days. For the roadmap, the next level is the first product on your roadmap that costs $37 or more.
Can I talk to someone about it?
The roadmap is written for you by our agents and delivered to your portal. There's no call in it, so you can act on it the same day.
I run a telehealth clinic. Does this fit?
For the business side, yes. It's education only, with no medical claims, and you should check every word you publish with your compliance lead.
What's your refund policy?
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. You get instant access, and files can't be returned. The full policy is at /refund-policy.
The map and the roadmap are guides to what to do next, worked out from your answers. They aren't a forecast or a promise of sales, income or results, and every business is different. Products marked "opens soon" aren't on sale yet. Telehealth clinics: this is about the business, not care, and every word you publish should be checked with your compliance lead.
