The Seven Star License, for operators with teams
Your team, at the speed of one night.
You already sell builds and deliver them with people. I install the system I use to go from a signed agreement to live ads in one session, train your operators to run it, and your margin stops leaking into handoffs.
Part 01
What one session looks like from the outside.
This is the shape of a real client build, from the agreement to ads in review. You see the outputs. The internals are what you license, and they stay maintained because they stay mine.
Part 02
Where your margin goes now.
Every builder, writer and editor you add is another handoff, another brief, another week. The cost is not only payroll. It is every build that ships late and every client who waits on a handoff.
Part 03
The roster you get to direct.
Orchestrator
Reads the agreement and the folder, writes the plan, assigns the work and reports back in plain English.
Copy and offers
Sales letters, emails and ads in the client's voice, built on a sales doctrine, never on a template.
Builder
Pages, checkout, delivery and automations, built inside the client's own platforms.
Quality
Assumes the build is wrong until proven right. Desktop, mobile, links, claims and tracking.
Signal Engine
Pixel plus Conversions API with shared event IDs, so Meta counts every sale once.
ARIA intake
The inbox and intake agent that answers, qualifies and routes the client's leads.
Part 04
Licensed, not sold.
You get a working system and people who can run it. I keep the intellectual property, which is exactly why it keeps improving after you buy it.

Questions owners ask first.
Do I get your code or repository?
No. You get the system installed and running in your business, operated by people I train. Licensed, not sold. That is how it stays maintained and how it stays good.
How many people can use it?
Named operators, set in the license. Most teams start with one or two. Adding operators is priced per seat.
Can my team resell it or white label it?
Not under the standard license. If reselling is part of your model, we price that separately and put it in writing.
How long until my team is running builds?
The install happens in your accounts first. Then operator training, then your team runs live client builds with me watching before they run alone.
Will this replace my team?
It changes what your team does. Fewer handoffs, less rework, more builds per person. Most owners keep their best people and stop hiring for the gaps.
What does it cost to run?
Your own AI and software subscriptions, billed to you. No markup from me. The license fee covers the install, the training and the support window.
Deliver more clients without hiring for the gaps.
A small number of licenses each quarter, because I train every operator myself.
