The Ad Data Decoder
Look at your ads.Know what's broken.Fix that first.
Ads Manager shows you forty columns. Eight of them matter, and each one points at one part of your business. The Decoder is how I read an account: the columns, the decision tree that stops at your first broken step, and who owns the fix.
- My column preset, set up in 15 minutes
- The decision tree, interactive in your portal: your broken step and its owner, in minutes
- The Account Check: 30 checks across your account and everything after the click
Opens in your Jupiter Portal the moment you pay. Nobody logs into your ad account, on any tier.

How accounts get "fixed"
Three ways to fix the wrong thing.
The new ad
Fixed the ad.
Leads got expensive, so a new ad goes up. The ad was fine. The form after it wasn't.
The leak was the formThe new audience
Fixed the targeting.
Calls stopped closing, so the audience gets changed. The leads were fine. Nobody was listening to the calls.
The leak was the callThe cut
Cut a segment.
A breakdown said one age band was expensive, so it got cut. Every other cost went up the next week.
It was doing workIllustrations of common patterns, not real accounts.
Clicks and views aren't clients and revenue. Read the numbers all the way to the cash, and fix the first step that breaks.
The Signal Map
Every number points at one part of your business.
CPM reads the audience
What you pay for 1,000 views. When it jumps, look at who you're showing the ad to.
CTR reads the ad
The share of people who clicked. When it's low, the ad is the step to fix.
Cost per lead reads the ad and the form
The two together. A fine ad with a bad form still costs too much per lead.
Booked rate reads your follow up
The share of leads who book. It reads your follow up and your booking page.
Show rate reads your confirmation
The share of booked calls that happen. It reads how you confirm and remind.
Close rate reads the call
The share of calls that buy. It reads the call itself.
The tree stops at the first No
8 questions in order. It stops at your first broken step and names the fix.
Every number has an owner
The ads own everything up to the lead. Your team owns everything from the call to the cash.
Why it works
One broken step at a time.
Meta and your CRM don't agree, so every number is a guess.
The Decoder checks that before anything else.
A bad Tuesday gets judged and something gets switched off.
Nothing gets judged on less than 7 days.
Three things change at once, and nobody knows which one worked.
One fix, then a fresh read the next week.
The ad gets the blame for a leak after the click.
The Decoder says so when it's the form, the follow up or the call.
A breakdown says one group is expensive, so it gets cut.
Treat every breakdown as a test to run, not a truth.
Today gets compared with yesterday, and the noise looks like news.
Read this week against last week, the same way every time.
The ads own everything up to the lead. Your team owns everything from the call to the cash. The Decoder tells you which half to fix.

Straight answers
Questions, answered.
Do you log into my ad account?
No. Not on any tier. You read your numbers with the Decoder. For Built For You, you export your numbers and paste them in. We never log in.
Do I need to be running ads already?
Yes, for at least 7 days. If you haven't launched yet, start with The Launch Night Kit.
Is this the same as the Ads Budget and KPI Planner?
No. The Planner tells you what to spend and what a lead can cost. The Decoder tells you where the money is leaking once you're spending. They use the same numbers, so they work together.
I sell a low ticket product on the page. Does it work for me?
Yes. The Decoder reads the purchase path too. Your weekly sheet for a purchase funnel is The Ad Numbers Dashboard, and the Decoder tells you which of its numbers to fix.
Will someone run my ads?
No. Built For You is a one time build of your Decoder from your numbers. Nothing runs in your account and nobody touches your budget.
Who is it for, and who isn't it for?
It's for people running ads to leads, calls or purchases who can't tell what's broken. It isn't for anyone who hasn't run ads yet, or who wants someone else to manage their account.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. What you paid counts toward the next level for 14 days.
What's your refund policy?
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. You get instant access to the full files, and files can't be returned. That's how we keep prices low for everyone. Built For You is refundable until your build starts, which is the moment you submit your intake. The full policy is at /refund-policy.
Can I talk to someone first?
For Built For You, you can book a Clarity Call ($100, credited to your purchase) at /products#calls. Starter and Pro are explained in full on this page and in the portal.
Every number in the Decoder is your own, or my working range dated October 2026, not a promise. Predicted numbers are tests to run, not forecasts. Results aren't typical and aren't guaranteed, and they depend on your offer, your ads, your page, your follow up and your calls.
