The Jupiter Ads Operating Manual
Stop running your adsby feel.Run them by rules.
Most ad accounts don't die from bad ads. They die from good ads that got touched too often. This is the rulebook I run accounts by: when to leave it alone, when to kill an ad, when to raise the budget and by how much. Start with the 12 week Ladder for $37.
- A 12 week ladder with a gate, a move and a "what if it's not working" at every rung
- Your kill line, hold line and first raise, worked out from your own price and cart
- The full Operating Manual, written for your account (Pro)
From $37. Starter opens in your Jupiter Portal the moment you pay.
Grow · Attract · RevenueIllustration with sample numbers ($37 product, $54 average order value, $60 a day over 2 concepts), not a real account.
How good ads die
Three weeks of an account run by feel.
Day 3
Two slow days.
The ad set gets edited "just a little". The learning starts again from zero, and nobody notices.
Edited before day 7Day 12
One great day.
The budget gets doubled that night. The next three days cost twice as much per buyer, so it gets cut in half again.
Doubled, then halvedDay 21
Nothing's clear.
Everything gets switched off and a fresh campaign launches "to reset". Everything the account had learned is gone.
Back to square oneIllustrations of common patterns, not real accounts.
None of these are creative problems. They're rules problems. And rules can be written down.
The Ladder
Six rungs. You climb when your numbers say so, not when the calendar does.
Rung 0 · The ready check
The cart covers your cost per buyer, a test purchase shows up, the page is fast on a phone.
Rung 1 · Launch and leave it
One campaign, one concept per ad set, seven days hands off.
Rung 2 · Keep the winner
Turn off what hit the kill line, raise the winner slowly, test one new idea a week.
Rung 3 · Iterate the winner
Same body, new hooks. Refresh before it tires.
Rung 4 · Add warm
Bring back visitors and checkout starters, without paying to sell to your own buyers.
Rung 5 · Scale or hold
A scale campaign with only proven winners, and the honest answer when it's time to hold. Every rung has an "if it's working" and an "if it's not".
Why rules beat instinct
Built on one idea: the cart pays for the ads.
The budget goes up and new creative goes in the same night.
Raise the budget or add creative or change the page. Never two on the same day.
Two slow days, and the ad set gets edited.
Seven days for a launch, 72 hours for every move after it.
Everything switched off and relaunched "to reset".
Accounts get better because each round learns from the last.
One number decides every move: your average order value. If your cost per buyer is at or under it, the ads pay for themselves on day one.
The Operating Manual (Pro)
The whole rulebook, and yours written for you.
The operator's rules, and account structure for low ticket and booked-call accounts.
Every setting that decides whether your numbers can be trusted.
The testing system, the scaling system, and shaping spend without cutting reach.
The iteration flywheel, and retargeting and remarketing done the Manual's way.
The rules you don't break, the seasonal plan and the monthly account review.
Written from a 9 minute intake: your structure, your numbers, your settings, your testing and scaling rules, the habits to break, and your next 14 days.
Ten chapters in the Manual. Starter gets the Ladder, the calculator, the rung tracker and the touch log. Pro adds the Manual and your Rulebook.

Straight answers
Questions, answered.
Is this for me if I haven't launched yet?
The Ladder starts at Rung 0, before you spend. If you don't have a campaign written yet, start with The Launch Night Kit, then come back.
I sell booked calls, not a product. Does it work for me?
The Ladder is written for low ticket purchases. Pro's Manual has a full chapter on booked-call accounts, and your Rulebook is written for whichever you run, or both.
How is this different from The Launch Night Kit?
The Launch Night Kit writes your first campaign and gets you through launch night. The Ladder starts after that and runs 12 weeks. The Manual is the rulebook for the whole account after that.
Do I need a big budget?
No. The Ladder calculator works out how many ideas your budget can test fairly, and what to do if it's small. Rules matter more on a small budget, not less.
Will you log into my ad account or run it?
No. Not at any level. Built For You is a one time build: an import file that loads everything paused, and a guided installer. You click import, and you switch things on.
Is there a call?
No. Everything is delivered by the system. If you're weighing Built For You and want to talk it through, there's a Clarity Call ($100, credited to your purchase) at /products#calls.
Does this guarantee results?
No. It gives you rules for deciding what to change and when. Your results depend on your offer, creative, page, tracking and follow up.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. What you paid counts toward the next level for 14 days.
What's your refund policy?
Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. You get instant access to the full files, and files can't be returned. That's how we keep prices low for everyone. Built For You is refundable until your build starts, which is the moment you submit your intake. The full policy is at /refund-policy.
Your move
Your next good ad deserves better than a bad Tuesday.
