What do I get each week?
One plan every Monday at 6:00 am and a Sunday check-in. Pro adds a Friday scorecard, a review of last week and a Wednesday nudge.
Is it for me?

Who writes the plan?
Our engine, from your intake, your check-ins and your numbers. Nobody on our side reads it.
Is there a call?
No. There are no calls, live sessions or one-to-one messages in the membership. If you're weighing Built For You and want to talk it through, there's a Clarity Call ($100, credited to your purchase) at /products#calls.
How do I cancel?
In your portal, Account > Membership. Two clicks. No email or call needed.
What happens when I cancel?
No more charges. Your plans keep coming until the end of your paid 30 days, then stop. Your past plans stay readable.
Is it monthly?
Every 30 days from the day you join, so the date can move a little month to month. Your next charge date is always in your portal and at the bottom of every plan email.
Can I change plans?
Starter to Pro anytime from your portal. Pro to Starter takes effect at your next charge date. What you paid counts toward the next level for 14 days.
Can I pause?
Not at launch. Cancel and rejoin. Your intake is kept, so you pick up where you left off.
What happens to my answers?
They're used only to write your plans. Download or delete everything anytime from Account > My data.

What's your refund policy?
Membership payments aren't refunded, in full or in part. Cancelling stops the next charge, and the days you paid for keep running. One time add-ons are digital products and non-refundable once purchased. You get instant access to the full files, and files can't be returned. That's how we keep prices low for everyone. Built For You is refundable until your build starts, which is the moment you submit your intake. The full policy is at /refund-policy.
